Here is the problem ….

Here is how most guys try to make change:

  • They give up the foods they love, like pizza, beer, ice cream, and fast food.
  • And it works for a little bit, usually a couple of weeks, but eventually they go back to those foods and end up overeating and putting the weight back on.
  • Sometimes they purchase a workout plan from some shredded guy on the internet and give it a go, but end up confused, overwhelmed, or injured because they don’t know the basics of fitness or the plan isn’t tailored to their specific needs.
  • It leads to a cycle of depleted energy and low confidence. They turn to quick hits of energy and dopamine to feel good in the moment, while never feeling confident that they can get their health back on track.

Eventually, these guys give up. I don’t blame them! Feeling tired all the time sucks. And knowing that you can change, yet trying and failing over and over can be soul-crushing….

But it DOES NOT have to be this way!

Hi, I’m Michael…

Hi! I’m Michael, and I founded the Inspired Men’s Well-being Program. I know how it feels to completely transform your body and life - I was struggling with tons of extra body fat, little energy, and no confidence to perform in any area of my life.

I was in a tough situation. At 20 years old I weighed 375 pounds and my blood pressure was 160/100 (with medication…). I had dropped out of college, was addicted to partying, and was doing anything I could to escape the reality I had created for myself. It got to the point where I wasn’t even sure I wanted to exist anymore…

Then, on Wednesday, May 16th 2012, after my 4th knee surgery in 3 years, I decided to take back control of my health and life.

On my journey to lose weight and regain energy, I was able to find the TRUTH when it comes to nutrition, fitness, and mindset. People saw my journey and started asking me to help them do the same thing. I coached a few people, they changed their lives, and I fell in love with the process. That sparked me to become a certified health and fitness coach.

So, I put together a program to teach my signature methodology. These are the exact methods I used to build strength physically and mentally, increase my energy and confidence, and lose 150 pounds for good — all while still enjoying the foods I love and doing things I enjoy. That is how the “Inspired Men’s Well-being Program” was born!

How it works…

When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your goals and assess your movement patterns. From there, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:

STEP 1: Master Mindset

The first step is to create a vision and goals to guide your journey to losing weight and feeling great. You will learn how to reprogram your mind for success as well as live the “case study life, ” keeping you in a growth mindset for years to come and preparing you to handle challenges with confidence.

STEP 2: Consistent Habits

In this step we will take a deep dive into your current routines around fitness, nutrition, and self-care. From here, we will be able to create a customized plan that fits with your life to begin building strength and losing weight as well as feeling more energized right away.

STEP 3: Nutrition Simplified

We learn all about nutrition and what foods will help us lose weight and build strength. Wewill also unravel the consciousness of food to gain clarity on why certain foods drain our energy aswell as how to find the foods that will serve us best in any situation. We will also discover easy mealprep strategies, how to keep eating healthy on the go, and learn how to keep the foods we love in ourlife guilt free.

STEP 4: Effective Exercise

The 4th and final step will get you moving to build strength and confidence. We will do some mythbusting around fitness and you will learn the tried and true ways to make your time spent exercisingas efficient as possible. You will receive quick workouts that fit into your busy lifestyle as well as howto keep moving while traveling. This step will be fuel on the fire for your results around weight loss,increasing energy, and improving your confidence.
